We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, Cleaning MD Services requires at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will be charged the full scheduled service amount.

Our crews are scheduled in advance based on our customers’ appointments. Providing at least 24 hours’ notice gives us an opportunity to adjust staffing or offer the appointment to another customer.

This policy also applies if our crew arrives and is unable to access the property or is turned away.

We understand that true emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of Cleaning MD Services management.

By scheduling service with Cleaning MD Services, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
